Multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is developed on the basis of spring cone crusher, its basic structure is similar to the spring cone crusher. The difference between them is that the original 10-16 groups of springs are replaced by 10-16 safety cylinders. Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is composed of cylinder, piston, bracket and bolt. The cylinder is separated by the piston into A and B chambers.The HP cone crusher uses the hydraulic system to adjust the breaker gape size, the hydraulic system can effectively guarantee the safe operation of the equipment. When there are sundries in the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system can make the movable cone automatic back, when discharged, the system enables the automatic reset back and maintain the original discharge port place to work.
